For our Corporate Compliance team we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Manager - Corporate Compliance for our location in Son (near Eindhoven), The Netherlands. The Senior Manager - Corporate Compliance will serve as a subject matter expert to the business, provide guidance to ensure our global processes, standards, and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations and work closely with business stakeholders and leadership to identify and mitigate potential risk while enabling business effectiveness. You are also responsible for developing and updating corporate compliance policies and procedures.

- Maintaining a keen understanding and awareness of company business model, product offerings and delivering relevant policies and procedures
- Driving, promoting and enhancing the compliance culture within international business and developing strong partnerships at all levels of the organization
- Directly supervise Compliance Analyst for Brazil operations in providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure success of alignment of compliance activity and business goals
- Execute and analyze compliance related activities such as risk assessments, transaction monitoring of 3rd parties and internal reporting through screening tools and on-going maintenance of compliance tools
- Be a resource to the business to ensure comprehension and implementation of both internal and external requirements such as Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflict of Interest, Privacy and AML
- In conjunction with business stakeholders lead the charge to develop and maintain global privacy requirements such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and website privacy
- Analyze, provide and coordinate appropriate guidance, education, training and regular communications on compliance related activities
- Identify trends in data and advise on identified emerging risks
- Bachelor of Master degree required in Business, Finance or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in Compliance related field required; Audit experience can be substituted for Compliance experience
- Knowledge in specific areas of laws and regulations such as FCPA, AML and Privacy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style and messaging to effectively communicate with professionals at all levels within the organization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and compliance related tools such as Process Unity, One Trust and Alessa
- Professional compliance and ethics certifications, or ability to obtain, such as Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) or Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) are preferred
- Residence is within 1 hour travelling distance (one way) from the Son office in the Netherlands
